As per observation and strip plan prepared for this lot there will be some social issue like mobile vendors need to be relocated from bazar Lisa-e-Maryam in this regard all the mobile vendors, temporary shops and hand sellers are consulted and had agreement to shift back so it is necessary to develop a Mobility and Access Facilitation Plan MAFP to address these issue as this segment of the road is located in one of the major market place of Kabul city, the work plan and construction schedule should be prepared in full coordination with KM district 11, and representative of business community to address any issue arise during construction phase.
The total length of the roads of lot 7 is 5.76 KM, carry on with single and double carriageway in different sections. According to the site investigation and Strip Plan there is no land acquisition but about 32 electrical poles to be relocated and some temporary shops to be removed (Ref. to Strip Plan and ESMP part II). The project includes construction of both side carriage way, side drains, both side foot path, greenery, tree plantation, fixation and installation of electric poles, etc.
Since the project is purely rehabilitation of the existing right of way (RoW) therefore, the pavement will follow the current roads alignment.
The location of site camp for stockpile of construction material and parking of the vehicle will be selected in coordination with KM relevant district officials and elder of community away from residential area to avoid adverse environmental impact and disturbance to local residence.
There are some educational institutions and hospitals along with lot-7 such as 1). Khair Khana regional hospital, , Maryam High school, and Ghulam Haidar Khand High school in lisa Maryam area 2) Al Azhar College in between Taimani and Lab-e-Jar Square and Tabesh Institute of Higher Education near Lab-e-Jar Square. There is also a Health Care Centre (Matab) near Taimani Square and other courses and trading markets which will not be affected
