Our History

Starting as a small business that has grown to be a leader in the construction industry, here’s a little about how Omran Inc. got started.

When it all began...
In 2004, we started Omran Construction and Consulting Engineering (OCCE), dedicated to providing high quality design and build services to clients.

2009-2011
Transformation Phase
In 2009, we rebranded as Omran Holding Group (OHG). This strategic decision was driven by the establishment of several affiliated companies under OHG's umbrella, including OMG, Green Tech, and Omran Steel. Then, in 2011, Omran Gulf and Omran Resources Development were established in the UAE, focusing on logistics and procurement.

Expanding Our Reach
Further strengthening its presence, Omran Inc. established Omran Insaat in Istanbul, Turkey in 2014, specializing in procurement, logistics, and real estate development.

International Players
In 2017, Omran Inc. was established in Virginia, USA. This expansion allowed Omran Inc. to explore new opportunities and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the United States. In 2021, Omran Inc. acquired OHG, consolidating its ventures and bringing together collective resources, expertise, and client base under one unified entity.

Safety is a main priority with Omran. This is why we have a plan to ensure that our entire team practices safety protocols.

Omran Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. We are committed to preventing workplace injuries, illnesses, and accidents through proactive safety measures and continuous improvement.

Hazard Communication

We have developed a comprehensive Hazard Communication Program in accordance with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200). We enforce the importance of proper labeling, storage, and handling of hazardous substances.
In regards to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we conduct a thorough assessment of job tasks to determine the need for PPE, provide appropriate PPE to employees and train them to ensure its proper use, maintenance and limitations.

Emergency Action Plan

We are prepared with an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) to address potential emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, and medical emergencies. Omran also conducts regular drills and train employees on emergency procedures and evacuation routes as well as maintain emergency response equipment.
