This project consists of a general scope of work (SOW) to provide and install six (6) 600KVA (new or refurbished with less than 200 hours) or equivalent prime-rated 230V/400 50 Hz diesel generators at Qala-E New. The FOB at Qala E Naw was originally constructed by the Spaniards; the Spaniards have redeployed and turned over all facilities to the Afghanistan National Army (ANA). The work includes all connections from existing feeders to the new generators and will utilize existing concrete pads, cables, and switchgear including grounding and testing of all equipment.

OPTION ITEM 03:
Provide training of local military personnel in the operation and maintenance of contractor-installed generators. This shall include, but not be limited to: safety procedures, startup, shutdown, daily and periodic inspections, oil changes, filter changes, and any other manufacturer-recommended, operator level maintenance
OPTION ITEM 04
Contractor shall provide and set up Reverse Osmoses Mobile Water Treatment plant. This shall include complete design, material and equipment procurement, manufacturing, inspection, testing and startup of the system. [Consisting of a water treatment plant to produce drinking water, installed inside a 20-foot container that can be transported by any all-terrain vehicle.] Construct concrete pads if existing pads are insufficient due to condition or size, or if non-existent.
