The $25 M$ project consists of the design, site adaptation and construction of; new permanent facilities in an expanded area of New Camp Scorpion; new permanent Training Obstacle Course, Fast Roper Insertion and Extraction System (FRIES) Tower within the existing perimeter of New Camp Scorpion; and new permanent facilities for the Army Special Forces training area. The project was defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, elevated water storage tank, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), volleyball courts, roadways, obstacle course, training structures, shoot house site specific features, site lighting, parking, Hesco barrier wall, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population of approximately 800 personnel.
